Refund policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute will result in permanent and irreversible banishment from all of our servers, and other minecraft stores.
Payments are taken and secured by Tebex, a world leader in online gaming transactions.
It could take up to 24 hours for your purchase to be credited in-game. If you are still not credited after this time period, please open a support ticket on our Discord Server with proof of purchase and we will look into your issue.
If you are banned from ThunderMC for breaking our rules, you will lose access to your purchased goods for the duration of your ban. The strict "no refund policy" will also remain in place.

All community members are strictly bound to these regulations upon logging in.
1. Anti-Cheat Protocols
Using hacked launchers, exploits, custom clients (providing unfair flight, speed, reach, target assists), or click modifications is completely illegal. First offense triggers server-wide proxy IP bans.
2. Chat Guidelines
Be kind and helpful in public chat logs. Harassment, verbal toxicity, sharing IP channels of competing lobbies, or spamming triggers mute limits automatically.
3. Glitch Exploitations
Unresolved game defects (mechanic loopholes, duplicate loops, land chest faults) must be filed with support immediately. Exploiting them results in account database wipes.
4. Sales Finality Policy
Purchases are executed immediately into survival system registries via our Tebex proxy gateway. Attempting chargebacks or reporting card cancellations will trigger permanent proxy blacklists.

Q. Lifetime ranking terms?
Ranks or custom bundles purchased here are permanent lifetime items, meaning zero weekly or monthly subscription payments.
